Seeking a skilled Imaging Technologist with expertise in the Cath Lab to support a healthcare facility in Deltona, FL. This contract role requires focused technical proficiency and the ability to effectively collaborate with clinical teams.
Location:
The position is based in Deltona, FL, a vibrant city known for its welcoming community, abundant parks, and proximity to major urban centers and natural attractions including beautiful beaches and state parks. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
- Current certification as RCIS or CERT-ARRT- CV
- Capability to scrub during procedures is required
Schedule:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week, with additional call responsibilities
- Shift hours typically from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Weekend availability required
- Overtime shifts must be pre-approved
Responsibilities:
- Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures by preparing and maintaining imaging equipment
- Monitor patients and provide technical support throughout procedures
- Collaborate with the cardiology team to ensure high standards of patient care and procedural efficiency
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols
