Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Cath Lab Technologist (RCIS or equivalent preferred)
- ARRT registration, if applicable, is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year Cath Lab experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of imaging equipment and sterile field procedures
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate imaging equipment during cardiac catheterization and angiographic procedures
- Assist the cardiology team with catheter insertions, contrast injections, and patient monitoring
- Adhere strictly to sterile technique and safety protocols
- Record and document procedural data accurately and promptly
- Provide compassionate pre- and post-procedural care to patients
- Support the maintenance of cath lab readiness and inventory
