A dynamic opportunity awaits experienced professionals skilled in Cath Lab or EP Tech procedures to contribute to a leading short-term acute care facility recognized as a Level I Trauma Center. This contract position is based in Cordova, TN, at a major regional hospital known for its commitment to cutting-edge medical care and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and support diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures in the catheterization laboratory.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Operate and maintain specialized cath lab equipment adhering to safety and procedural standards.
  • Respond to on-call duties as required, supporting urgent and emergent cardiac cases.
  • Participate in weekend shifts as needed, maintaining flexibility and professionalism.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of cath lab or electrophysiology tech experience.
  • Completion of at least one travel assignment is preferred for first-time travelers.
  • Compliance with National Licensure Compact (NLC) guidelines; valid drivers license required.
  • Ability to work a 4x10 day shift schedule, with hours typically from 07:00-15:30.
  • Applicants must reside outside of a 50-mile radius of the facility (locals not accepted).
  • Block schedules are not accommodated; willingness to adapt to schedule changes during interview.
