This travel role offers you direct exposure to innovative cardiovascular procedures with a tightly-knit team using state-of-the-art equipment such as IABP, Impella, and advanced imaging technology. By working alongside seasoned RNs, techs, and clinical leaders, youll broaden your skillset while deepening your expertise in both coronary and peripheral interventions. Collaborating in an environment renowned for its patient-focused care not only expands your resume, but also cultivates valuable professional relationships and leadership insights.
Schedule/Hours:
- Day shifts with a supportive team (manager, director, 4 techs, 2 RNs)
- On-call commitment: every other weekend, every other weeknight
- 30-minute response time required for callbacks
Qualifications:
- Proficient with IABP and Impella devices
- Demonstrated clinical experience in interventional cath, both peripheral and coronary
- ACLS certification required
- EP experience highly preferred
- Adaptable mindset and collaborative spirit
Responsibilities:
- Assist with heart catheterizations, interventional procedures, pacemaker/AICD implants, Watchman, and EP ablations
- Operate advanced imaging and supportive devices
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one patient care
- Document using Meditech EMR
- Float to IR, ICU, or pre/post PACU as credentialed
