An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Imaging Cath Lab Technician to support a leading healthcare facility in Brooksville, FL. This travel position offers the chance to work in a dynamic cath lab environment, utilizing advanced imaging technology to assist in cardiovascular procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment during cardiac catheterization procedures
- Collaborate with cardiologists and nursing staff to ensure patient safety and high-quality imaging
- Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to any changes during interventions
- Document procedures accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Certification as a Cath Lab Technician (RCIS, CCI, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in imaging and cardiovascular catheterization procedures
- Ability to operate fluoroscopy and other imaging technology safely
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Current licensure as required by state and facility guidelines
