An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Cath Lab Tech with expertise in imaging to provide essential support on a 13-week contract. This role provides the chance to work with advanced GE technology in a fast-paced cardiac catheterization lab environment. The start date is June 15, with a Monday through Friday schedule and periodic callback responsibilities to support patient care needs.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• 13-week assignment
• One call back per week
• One weekend call back every six weeks

Key Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification required
• Valid IEMA license
• Active CPR certification
• Demonstrated proficiency as a Cath Lab Tech, with hands-on experience using GE imaging equipment
• Skilled in starting IVs with confidence and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain composed under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate GE imaging equipment to support cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Prepare patients for procedures, including IV insertion and monitoring during exams
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other team members to ensure safe, efficient procedures
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Accurately document all procedures and patient interactions
• Respond promptly to on-call assignments, including both weekday and scheduled weekend call backs
