This travel position offers Cath Lab Tech professionals access to a teaching hospital environment, broadening your expertise through exposure to a diverse patient population and innovative clinical methodologies. Schedule/Hours:

  • Orientation dates throughout the year to fit your availability (on select Fridays and Mondays each month).

Required Qualifications:

  • Current certification and registration as a Cath Lab Tech
  • Minimum of one year of recent Cath Lab experience, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Strong knowledge of imaging equipment and sterile techniques
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (as applicable)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and operate sophisticated imaging and catheterization equipment
  • Assist physicians during cardiac and vascular procedures
  • Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition during procedures
  • Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols
  • Accurately document all procedures; maintain detailed records
