Job Description

A prominent acute care facility in Bellevue, Nebraska, is seeking a skilled professional proficient in cardiovascular imaging and catheterization laboratory technology. This 13-week contract opportunity is perfect for candidates who have demonstrated expertise in Cath Lab procedures and are ready to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Certified Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) through Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
  • Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Proven experience in imaging and performing catheterization laboratory procedures
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cardiovascular catheterization and angiography procedures with precision and care
  • Operate imaging equipment efficiently to assist in diagnostic and interventional cases
  • Monitor patients closely throughout procedures, maintaining sterile field and safety protocols
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and technologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in call rotations, including one weekend shift per month (Friday through Sunday)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Call hours encompass one weekend per month on Friday through Sunday
