Job Description

A specialized opportunity is available for an experienced Cath Lab Technologist with expertise in imaging procedures. This role involves working closely with cardiac care teams to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cardiovascular conditions using advanced imaging technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain cath lab equipment and materials to support cardiovascular procedures.
  • Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and related diagnostic procedures.
  • Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes during imaging processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control protocols.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Document procedures accurately and maintain detailed records for clinical review.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Cath Lab Technologist with strong skills in cardiac imaging.
  • Certification as a Cardiac Catheterization Technologist (RCIS or equivalent) preferred.
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot advanced imaging and monitoring equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of cath lab protocols and cardiovascular anatomy.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills essential for clinical environments.
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings.
