Working in a high-volume setting, youll collaborate with a dedicated team in a hospital featuring two state-of-the-art cath suites. This role promises exposure to a variety of workplace practices, allowing you to expand your clinical skills, learn advanced imaging technologies, and adapt to different leadership approaches. The experience you gain serving a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment will enhance your expertise and strengthen your resume.
Schedule/Hours:
- 6:30 AM 4:30 PM
- On-call requirements: 7-8 days/month including one weekend
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care Cath Lab Tech experience
- BLS & ACLS certifications required
- ARRT (CI) or (CV) preferred
- Strong team player attitude, clear communication, and the ability to remain composed under stress
- Preferred: ARRT (R), RCIS, EP scrubbing experience, prior Meditech experience
Responsibilities:
- Perform and assist with Cath Lab procedures, including scrubbing and monitoring
- Deliver conscious moderate sedation as needed
- Maintain high standards of patient care and safety within the suite
- Collaborate effectively with RNs and other techs to support seamless unit operations
- Accurately document procedures using Meditech and Mac Lab EMR systems
