Job Description

A travel opportunity is available for a skilled Cath Lab Technologist with at least two years of experience providing specialized imaging support in catheterization labs. This role requires certification in either ARRT-CI or RCIS, demonstrating your expertise in cardiovascular procedures and patient care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting physicians during cardiac catheterization and other cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Operating and maintaining imaging equipment safely and effectively
  • Monitoring patients vital signs and responding promptly during procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocol standards
  • Supporting rotating weekday and weekend shifts, including on-call hours (approximately 8-9 shifts per month) with prior approval for call factor participation

Qualifications and desired experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab imaging experience
  • Current certification in either ARRT-CI (Certified Radiologic Technologist - Cardiovascular Interventional) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
  • Ability to work a 0700-1730 shift with flexible scheduling including rotating weekends and on-call commitments
  • Credentialing completed one week prior to assignment start
