Job Description

A specialized opportunity is available for a skilled Cath Lab Tech with expertise in Electrophysiology (EP), particularly in Stimming, to support a busy cardiac unit. This role involves working in a well-equipped catheterization laboratory that performs advanced cardiac procedures such as LHC/PCI, TAVR, and EP study ablations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization procedures, with a focus on Electrophysiology and Stimming techniques.
  • Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment including Philips, GE, Carto, and Ensite systems.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Adhere to established protocols and safety measures within the EP and Cath Lab environments.
  • Support call schedules and rotational weekend duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification is mandatory.
  • Demonstrable experience in Electrophysiology, specifically in Stimming.
  • Competency in the use of cath lab and EP lab equipment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating weekends and call shifts.

Location Highlights: Situated in Aurora, CO, the facility serves a large patient population with a comprehensive cardiac care unit featuring four catheterization labs and a staffed team of nine specialized professionals. The modern main building fosters a collaborative and technologically advanced environment, providing the ideal setting for career growth in cardiovascular services.

Schedule:

  • 6:30 AM 4:00 PM
  • Four 9-hour shifts per week
  • Rotating weekends (1-2 weekends every six weeks)
  • On-call 1-2 nights per week on a six-week rotation
