Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist or equivalent in vascular/interventional imaging
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) registration preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Previous experience as a Cath Lab Tech or in interventional imaging
• Excellent knowledge of angiographic imaging equipment, safety precautions, and sterile techniques
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate imaging and monitoring equipment during cardiac catheterizations and other procedures
• Assure adherence to proper radiation safety practices for patients and staff
• Assist physicians with preparation for diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional cardiovascular procedures
• Monitor patient status, relay critical data, and assist with post-procedure care
• Maintain accurate records, input patient data, and document findings as required
• Adhere to all hospital protocols, regulatory standards, and infection control policies
