Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certification as a Cath Lab Tech or equivalent training in imaging for the Cath Lab setting
  • Proven experience in all aspects of cardiac catheterization procedures and use of specialized imaging equipment
  • Familiarity with sterile technique and safety protocols within a hospital or diagnostic lab environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient-centered care

Schedule/Hours:

  • Structured hours based on department need, typically including weekday shifts and occasional on-call duties as required

Core Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, calibrate, and operate imaging equipment during cardiac and vascular procedures
  • Assist the clinical team in all facets of the Cath Lab process, including patient prep, procedural support, and post-procedural care
  • Monitor and record patient vitals and procedural details for accurate documentation
  • Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards throughout the workflow
  • Ensure availability of necessary supplies and proper equipment maintenance
