Responsibilities:

  • Operate imaging equipment to assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging, ensuring both safety and comfort
  • Monitor patient status and respond quickly to patient needs during procedures
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and technologists for seamless workflow
  • Maintain accurate procedure documentation and patient records in compliance with healthcare standards
  • Apply radiation protection measures and follow strict safety protocols
  • Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, ensuring optimal operation

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in a Cath Lab environment
  • Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or equivalent required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
  • Familiarity with radiology safety regulations and best practices
  • Strong knowledge of imaging protocols used in cardiac procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
