This contract position supports a dedicated team serving a five-room lab specializing in a variety of advanced cardiac procedures. The environment fosters close collaboration among techs and unit secretaries, with a 1:1 patient ratio ensuring focused care.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active certification as a CVL Tech
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Prior Cath Lab experience (EP experience strongly preferred)
• One or more of the following credentials: CVT, RCIS, or RT
• Proficiency working with Cath Lab equipment and supplies
• Experience with Meditech and MacLab documentation systems
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced unit and work independently
• Previous travel experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of procedures including cardiac catheterizations, electrophysiology (EP) studies, and interventional radiology (IR) cases
• Ensure accurate use and maintenance of Cath Lab equipment
• Maintain precise patient documentation within Meditech and MacLab
• Respond to call requirements according to unit protocol
• Collaborate with techs, unit secretaries, and physicians for coordinated patient care
• Uphold patient safety and confidentiality at all times
