Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) seeking a fulfilling opportunity in hospice home health care in Virginia Beach, Virginia? We're actively seeking a dedicated RN for an engaging 13-week contract. If you possess at least one year of recent experience in hospice care, strong clinical skills, and a genuine commitment to providing compassionate end-of-life care, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive hospice care in patients' homes.
Deliver compassionate end-of-life care, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Provide symptom management, pain control, and comfort care to terminally ill patients.
Support patients and their families through the hospice care journey with empathy and understanding.

Requirements:

Active RN licensure in Virginia.
Minimum of one year of recent experience in hospice care or home health.
Proficiency in providing holistic care to patients in their homes.
Comfortable with end-of-life care practices and principles.
Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.

Details:

Engage in fulfilling hospice home health responsibilities within the Virginia Beach, VA area.
Full-time role, 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Mileage reimbursement provided for travel within Virginia Beach.
