Sunbelt is looking to fill an immediate position in Valparaiso, IN
for a Hospice Case Manager - Registered Nurse. The qualified RN will have hospice experience, case management experience and utilization review experience. Must have 2 years of experience in the Hospice Case Manager RN specialty.

Qualifications for the Hospice Case Manager - Registered Nurse:

Available for 8 hour shifts
Hospital Experience
Hospice Case Management/Utilization Review experience
Available for a 13 week assignment to start
Available as soon as possible to start position
RN Indiana License - active and in good standing
BLS required
