Job Description

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Active RN license required
  • Previous clinical management or supervisory experience in home health strongly preferred
  • Solid foundation in patient-centered care planning for home health environments
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the home health setting

Schedule:

  • Standard business hours, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of RNs providing home health services
  • Supervise daily clinical operations, including case management and care coordination
  • Guide and mentor nursing staff with evidence-based best practices
  • Ensure adherence to clinical policies, federal/state regulations, and accreditation standards
  • Evaluate performance, identify improvement areas, and facilitate ongoing educational opportunities for the nursing team
  • Participate in interdisciplinary collaborations to maximize patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Monitor and address quality indicators, implementing process improvements as needed

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
