We're hiring a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with OASIS experience for a 13-week full-time home health contract. If you're confident in your clinical skills, documentation accuracy, and ability to manage a set schedule this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
What to Expect:
13-week contract with the potential to extend
Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday (on-call probable as well)
Structured daily visit expectations

Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-home nursing care and skilled interventions
Conduct patient assessments and complete OASIS documentation accurately and on time
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver individualized care plans
Perform wound care, medication management, patient education, and disease monitoring
Communicate updates and changes in condition to the clinical team
Who You Are:
Active RN license
Minimum 1 year of recent home health RN experience
OASIS experience is required
Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
Able to manage a structured, full-time schedule with daily patient visits
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
