Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least one year of experience in home health nursing required
- Knowledge of home health protocols and documentation procedures
- Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills
- Adaptability and ability to work independently in a home care environment
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in the home
- Develop, update, and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, wound care, and other nursing interventions as prescribed
- Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions
- Educate patients and families on disease management and at-home care techniques
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members
- Accurately complete electronic or paper charting and comply with regulatory standards
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive home environment

$1,573 - $1,664/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
