Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proven experience in home health nursing
- Prior leadership or clinical management experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards in home health care

- Ability to manage, train, and motivate clinical staff

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of home health RNs, ensuring best practices in care delivery
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans

- Conduct regular case reviews and provide coaching and mentorship to nursing staff
- Foster effective communication with families, healthcare teams, and external partners
- Monitor performance and participate in ongoing quality improvement activities

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
