Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) seeking a rewarding opportunity in Franklin, Louisiana? We're actively seeking a dedicated RN to join our team for a 13-week contract in home health. If you have recent experience in home health, proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB), solid clinical skills, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional patient care, we'd love to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive home care treatment plans.
Efficiently document and monitor patient conditions and progress using OASIS and HCHB systems.
Administer medication and provide wound care as necessary.
Utilize your expertise in OASIS and HCHB for accurate documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

Active RN licensure in Louisiana.
Minimum one year of recent experience in home health.
Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) systems.
Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
Previous experience managing a home-to-home workload preferred.

Additional Details:

Mileage reimbursement provided for travel within Franklin.
