As a Nurse Practitioner specializing in home health, you will engage Medicare Advantage members in Salem and communities within Marion County. This impactful per diem opportunity offers the flexibility to create your own schedule, ensuring a work-life balance that suits your needs.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available, Monday through Sunday
- Self-scheduling to fit your availability
- Commit to a manageable weekly or bi-weekly hourly minimum
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive annual home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan participants in various locations within Marion County
- Review and evaluate patients medical histories, ongoing conditions, and medication regimens
- Educate patients about their health conditions and associated medications
- Identify care gaps and make recommendations to facilitate optimal health outcomes
- No requirement to develop treatment plans or prescribe medications
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Oregon
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- Board Certification through AANP or ANCC
- At least 6 months of recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
This per diem role offers $80$90 per evaluation, with additional mileage reimbursement and compensation for administrative time.
