Take on a rewarding per diem opportunity as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in home health risk assessments throughout Drew County, AR. This role offers exceptional flexibility, allowing you to create your own schedule and select shifts that fit your availability between Monday and Sunday. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members in Monticello, Wilmar, Winchester, and surrounding areas within Drew County.
- Evaluate patients' medical history, current health conditions, and medication profiles during visits averaging 45 minutes.
- Educate patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications in their home environment.
- Identify potential gaps in care and provide clear recommendations for follow-up and resolution.
- Focus exclusively on assessmentno treatment plan creation or prescription responsibilities required.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Design your own work schedule
- Commit to a minimum number of hours weekly or bi-weekly
Required Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner License in Arkansas
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)
- MSN from an accredited nursing program
- At least six months of current NP experience preferred
