As part of a per diem opportunity, you will have autonomy in scheduling and can tailor shifts to fit your lifestyle, committing weekly or bi-weekly hours according to your needs.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available between Monday and Sunday
- Create your own work schedule
- Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive annual home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members
- Review and evaluate medical history, current health conditions, and medication regimens
- Deliver targeted education on medical conditions and prescription usage
- Identify potential care gaps and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
- No responsibilities for treatment planning or prescribing medications
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina
- Current Basic Life Support (CPR) certification
- Board Certification via AANP or ANCC
- Minimum of 6 months of current NP experience preferred
- MSN degree from an accredited nursing program
This position offers a competitive per evaluation rate of $80-$90, plus an additional mileage stipend and compensation for administrative dutiesrewarding your expertise and time.
