Deliver personalized healthcare as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members throughout Jefferson County, AR, including Pine Bluff, White Hall, and Redfield. This per diem position empowers you to design your own schedule with flexible shifts any day of the week, providing autonomy and balance.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Customize your own schedule
- Meet a minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members
- Review each patient's medical and medication history
- Evaluate prior and current health conditions to ensure comprehensive understanding
- Educate patients about diagnoses, medication regimens, and preventive health
- Identify and address potential care gaps, providing recommendations for resolution
- No responsibility for creating treatment plans or prescribing medications
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Arkansas
- MSN degree from an accredited nursing school
- Current board certification (AANP or ANCC)
- CPR certification (BLS)
- At least 6 months of recent NP experience preferred
This role offers competitive compensation of $80-$90 per completed evaluation, in addition to a mileage stipend and compensation for administrative time.
