Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Set your own schedule
- Commit to a minimum number of hours weekly or bi-weekly
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members residing throughout Howell County, with visits possibly assigned to locations including Mountain View, Willow Springs, and West Plains.
- Assess patients prior and current medical history, existing medical conditions, and medication use.
- Educate patients regarding their medical conditions and prescribed medications, supporting their understanding and adherence.
- Proactively identify gaps in care, offering recommendations to help resolve them.
- Please note: No creation of treatment plans or prescribing is required.
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri
- Board Certification via AANP or ANCC
- Completion of an MSN from an accredited nursing school
- Current CPR certification (BLS)
- At least six months of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred, but motivated new NPs are welcome to apply
This role offers payment of $80$90 per evaluation in addition to a mileage stipend and compensation for administrative timerecognizing both your expertise and time commitment.
