Take the next step in your career as a Nurse Practitioner, specializing in home health risk assessments across Lee County, AR, including Marianna, Moro, and Rondo. In this per diem position, youll make a meaningful impact by evaluating Medicare Advantage plan members in their homes, providing vital health assessments, and supporting their ongoing wellness.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Design your own schedule
- Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive home health risk assessments (approximately 45 minutes each) for Medicare Advantage members
- Gather and evaluate prior and current medical history, medical conditions, and medication history
- Provide patient education on health conditions and medication management
- Identify gaps in care and offer recommendations for improvement
- No requirement to prescribe medication or develop treatment plans
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
- Board Certification through AANP or ANCC
- Current CPR certification (BLS)
- Graduation from an accredited Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program
- A minimum of 6 months of recent NP experience is preferred
