Leverage your clinical expertise as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in home health by performing impactful risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members across Ripley County, Indiana. This per diem opportunity allows for autonomy, flexible scheduling, and purposeful interaction with patients in their homes, covering areas such as Batesville, Versailles, and Osgood.
Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible shifts available seven days a week

- Choose a minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete annual home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members
- Review and evaluate patient medical histories, health conditions, and medication regimens
- Provide patient-focused education regarding chronic illnesses and prescribed medications
- Identify and address care gaps, collaborating with the patient and care team to recommend strategies for improvement
- Visits typically last around 45 minutes each and do not require treatment planning or medication prescribing
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner License in Indiana
- Board Certification as an NP (AANP or ANCC)
- Graduation from an accredited MSN program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- A minimum of six months recent NP experience preferred
As part of this role, youll be compensated $80$90 per evaluation, plus receive a mileage stipend and additional compensation for administrative time.
