Schedule:

• Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
• Create your own schedule around personal and professional commitments
• Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly consistency required

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members
• Evaluate patients prior and current medical history, medical conditions, and medication regimens
• Deliver patient-friendly education regarding health conditions and medications
• Identify gaps in care, offering actionable recommendations to enhance wellness
• Focus on assessmentsno treatment plan development or medication prescribing involved

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner License in Oklahoma
• Current CPR certification (BLS required)
• Board Certification from AANP or ANCC
• Minimum of 6 months direct experience as an NP preferred
• MSN degree from an accredited nursing program

This position provides the opportunity to earn between $80 and $90 per completed evaluation, along with a mileage stipend and paid administrative timecompensating you for both your expertise and your travel.
