Experienced Nurse Practitioners with a focus in home health are invited to conduct home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members. In this per diem opportunity, youll work throughout Van Buren, Alma, Mulberry, and other locations within the county, completing comprehensive visits that last approximately 45 minutes each. The role offers exceptional flexibilitytailor your own schedule with shifts available any day of the week and a minimum commitment that fits your availability.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Set your own hours based on personal preference
- Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform annual home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members
- Assess patients medical history, current conditions, and medications
- Educate patients about their conditions and prescribed therapies
- Identify care gaps and offer practical recommendations
- No requirement to prescribe medications or establish treatment plans
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- Board certification from AANP or ANCC
- At least 6 months of recent NP experience preferred
- MSN degree from an accredited nursing program
Youll be compensated $80$90 per evaluation, along with a mileage stipend and reimbursement for administrative time.
