Advance your clinical career by providing essential in-home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members. This per diem opportunity allows Nurse Practitioners to make a tangible impact on preventive healthcare in the community, with flexibility and autonomy over your work schedule.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available any day, Monday through Sunday
- Set your own schedule to fit your lifestyle
- Choose minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitments
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive annual home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members in their homes
- Review and evaluate medical history, current conditions, and medication usage
- Educate members on their specific medical conditions and the importance of proper medication adherence
- Identify any care gaps and offer actionable recommendations to address those needs
- No requirement to develop treatment plans or prescribe medications
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
- Board certification through AANP or ANCC
- Active CPR (BLS) certification
- MSN degree obtained from an accredited nursing school
- At least 6 months current experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
