Seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to conduct home health risk assessments throughout Latah County, including areas such as Moscow, Genesee, and Troy. This per diem opportunity allows you to tailor your work hours while impacting the lives of Medicare Advantage plan members across the region.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Design your own schedule to fit personal and professional needs
- Minimum commitment on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform annual home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members
- Assess prior and current medical histories, including review of ongoing medical conditions and detailed medication history
- Deliver education to patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications
- Identify care gaps and make actionable recommendations to address those gaps
- No requirements for creating treatment plans or prescribing medications
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Idaho
- Current CPR certification (BLS)
- Board Certified via AANP or ANCC
- Graduate of an accredited MSN program
- At least six months of recent NP experience preferred
Youll receive $80-$90 for each evaluation, in addition to a mileage stipend and compensation for administrative time.
