Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete thorough annual home health risk assessments during 45-minute in-home visits
  • Review patients' medical history, current conditions, and medication logs
  • Educate patients regarding diagnoses, ongoing health maintenance, and prescribed therapies
  • Identify care gaps and offer actionable recommendations to improve patient well-being
  • Participate in both annual check-ups and post-hospital discharge visits
  • No requirement to develop treatment plans or prescribe medications

Qualifications:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification
  • Board certification via AANP or ANCC
  • Completion of an MSN program from an accredited school of nursing
  • At least 6 months of recent NP experience preferred

This position offers competitive compensation, including $80$90 per evaluation, along with a mileage stipend and administrative time. You will have the autonomy to create your schedule and select assignments in various communities within Columbia County.
