This per diem opportunity offers maximum scheduling flexibility, allowing you to tailor shifts to fit your lifestyle while making a significant impact in patient care.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Freedom to create your own schedule
- Minimum weekly or bi-weekly commitment as you choose
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive home health risk assessments, averaging 45 minutes per visit, for Medicare Advantage members
- Review patients previous and current medical history, assess ongoing medical conditions, and evaluate medication use
- Deliver clear education to patients regarding their health conditions and medication adherence
- Recognize and report gaps in care, offering actionable recommendations
- Focus on assessmentno requirement to formulate treatment plans or prescribe medication
Qualifications:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
- Active CPR certification (BLS)
- Board Certification via AANP or ANCC
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
- At least 6 months experience as an NP preferred
