Schedule:

  • Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
  • Ability to create your own schedule
  • Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members
  • Conduct thorough reviews of prior and current medical history, conditions, and medications
  • Educate patients about chronic conditions, treatment compliance, and medication use
  • Identify gaps in care and recommend appropriate resolutions
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation following assessment protocols
  • Note: No treatment plan creation or medication prescribing involved

Qualifications:

  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
  • Board Certification through AANP or ANCC
  • MSN degree from an accredited nursing program
  • Valid CPR certification (BLS)
  • At least 6 months of recent Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
