Experienced Nurse Practitioners are needed to provide home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members throughout Benton County, ARincluding Rogers, Bentonville, and Bella Vista. This per diem opportunity is ideal for those seeking flexibility with their scheduling and a chance to focus on patient evaluations without the demands of ongoing treatment management.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Choose your own hours to fit your lifestyle
- Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment required
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive annual and post-discharge home health risk assessments
- Thoroughly evaluate medical history, current health status, and medication regimens
- Educate patients about their medical conditions and prescribed treatments
- Identify gaps in care and make actionable recommendations
- No need to create treatment plans or prescribe medications
Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Board Certification through AANP or ANCC
- MSN from an accredited nursing program
- At least 6 months of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
