Take the next step in your advanced practice career by conducting comprehensive home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members in Douglas County, GA and its surrounding areas, including Douglasville, Villa Rica, and Austell. This per diem opportunity is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner seeking autonomy and a flexible schedule.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Self-schedulingset your own work hours
- Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment to maintain active status
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete in-home risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members
- Gather and evaluate prior and current medical histories, chronic conditions, and medication usage
- Educate members about their health conditions and current medications
- Identify gaps in care and deliver actionable recommendations
- No requirement to develop treatment plans or prescribe medication
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner License in GA
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- Board Certification through AANP or ANCC required
- MSN from an accredited nursing program
- At least 6 months of current NP experience preferred
Compensation for this role is $80-$90 per completed evaluation, in addition to a mileage stipend and payment for documented administrative time.
