Make a meaningful difference in patient care as a Nurse Practitioner providing home health risk assessments throughout Harnett County, NC. This per diem opportunity allows you to utilize your clinical expertise with a flexible, self-managed schedule while visiting Medicare Advantage health plan members in their own homes.

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
• Option to create your own schedule
• Minimum hourly commitment per week or bi-weekly

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home annual health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members
• Evaluate medical history, current health conditions, and medication use
• Offer education to patients about their health conditions and medications
• Identify any gaps in care, making recommendations to address them
• No requirements to create treatment plans or prescribe medications

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina
• Board Certification through AANP or ANCC
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• MSN degree from an accredited school of nursing
• At least 6 months of recent NP experience preferred

This position offers attractive earning potential at $80$90 per completed evaluation, including a mileage stipend and administrative time. Work independently with Medicare Advantage plan members in Dunn and surrounding locations in Harnett County, such as Lillington, Anderson Creek, and Spout Springs. Each visit averages 45 minutes, allowing you to focus on thorough, compassionate patient care.
