Bring your advanced clinical expertise to a vital community role helping Medicare Advantage members stay healthy at home. As a Nurse Practitioner specializing in home health risk assessments, youll conduct evaluations for residents across Ouachita County, ARincluding locations such as Camden, Stephens, and Bearden. This per diem opportunity offers exceptional autonomy, flexibility, and the satisfaction of making a difference in patients lives.

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts available any day between Monday and Sunday
• Design your own work schedule
• Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment required

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
• Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Current CPR (BLS) certification
• MSN degree from an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months of recent NP experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members
• Evaluate prior and current medical history, review ongoing medical conditions, and document medication use
• Educate patients on health conditions, preventive care, and medication management
• Identify care gaps and offer actionable recommendations to improve patient outcomes
• No responsibility for creating treatment plans or for prescribing medications

This role offers competitive compensation of $80-$90 per completed evaluation, along with a mileage stipend and paid time for administrative work.
