This per diem opportunity offers unmatched flexibility for Nurse Practitioners seeking autonomy and a varied schedule while working within Bingham County, including Blackfoot, Shelley, and Aberdeen.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Self-scheduling: design your own workweek
- Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment required
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home risk assessments for Medicare Advantage health plan members
- Review and evaluate medical history, current and prior health conditions, and medication usage
- Educate members about their medical conditions and prescribed treatments
- Identify gaps in care and recommend steps for improvement
- Complete thorough assessments without prescribing medications or creating treatment plans
Qualifications:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Idaho
- Active CPR certification (BLS)
- Board certified through AANP or ANCC
- Minimum of 6 months recent NP experience preferred
- MSN from an accredited nursing program
This role provides compensation of $80$90 per evaluation, plus a mileage stipend and paid time for administrative work.
