As a per diem Nurse Practitioner, you will have tremendous flexibility and autonomy to create your own schedule, ensuring a work-life balance that fits your needs. This role supports Medicare Advantage plan members by conducting comprehensive home health risk assessments in White County, including Searcy, Beebe, and Judsonia.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Self-scheduling to fit your availability
- Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment required
What Youll Do:
- Conduct annual health assessments in home settings for Medicare Advantage members
- Evaluate prior and current health history, existing medical conditions, and medication regimens
- Educate patients about their health conditions and medication management
- Identify and communicate any gaps in care with recommendations for follow-up
- Visits are standardized and do not require developing treatment plans or prescribing medications
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
- Board Certification through AANP or ANCC
- Active CPR (BLS) certification
- MSN degree from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of six months nurse practitioner experience preferred
