Advance your career as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in home health by conducting essential risk assessments throughout Jefferson County, AR. This per diem opportunity offers you the flexibility to tailor your weekly schedule, with shifts available seven days a week. As a trusted healthcare provider, youll visit Medicare Advantage plan members in their homes across Pine Bluff, White Hall, Redfield, and surrounding areas.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Create your own schedule based on your availability
- Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct annual home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members in the community
- Review and evaluate medical histories, current conditions, and medication regimens
- Educate members about their health conditions and prescribed medications
- Identify care gaps and make recommendations for follow-up or intervention
- No requirement to develop treatment plans or prescribe medications
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner License in Arkansas
- Board Certification through AANP or ANCC
- Current CPR certification (BLS required)
- Minimum six months experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
- MSN degree from an accredited nursing program
Youll receive a competitive rate of $80$90 per evaluation, along with a mileage stipend and compensation for administrative time.
