This per diem role offers unmatched flexibility, allowing you to tailor your schedule while delivering high-quality risk assessments that make a measurable difference in patient outcomes.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Ability to create your own schedule
- Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive annual risk assessments in patient homes
- Review and evaluate patients prior and current medical history, active conditions, and current medications
- Identify care gaps and recommend practical next steps to improve patient health and care quality
- Educate patients regarding their health conditions and medications to empower self-management
- Assignments only require evaluation; there are no responsibilities for prescribing medication or developing treatment plans
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
- Current CPR certification (BLS required)
- Board certification through AANP or ANCC
- MSN degree from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 6 months recent NP experience preferred
This position offers competitive pay of $80$90 per evaluation, plus a mileage stipend and compensation for administrative time, recognizing the essential work you provide in each home visit.
