Make a direct impact in patient care while enjoying maximum schedule flexibility. This per diem opportunity allows a skilled Nurse Practitioner to conduct home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members throughout Independence County. Visits typically last about 45 minutes and vary, ranging from annual health assessments to post-discharge follow-ups. Youll be providing essential services for patients across locations including Batesville, Southside, and Cave City, with a new location possible each shift.

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
• Create your own schedule with no set hours
• Choose minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitments

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive, in-home risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members
• Review medical history, current conditions, and medication usage
• Educate patients on their diagnoses, treatment regimens, and medication management
• Identify care gaps and recommend next steps to help ensure continuity of care
• No responsibilities for creating treatment plans or prescribing medications

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
• Board certification through AANP or ANCC
• Current BLS (CPR) certification
• A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
• MSN degree from an accredited nursing program

Compensation for this role includes $80 to $90 per evaluation, in addition to a mileage stipend and compensation for administrative time.
