This per diem opportunity allows you to serve diverse individuals throughout Henderson County, TNcovering areas such as Lexington, Parker's Crossroads, and Sardiswith the flexibility to design a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available any day, Monday through Sunday
- Self-scheduling to match your availability
- Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitments ensure balance
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive home health risk assessments, each lasting approximately 45 minutes
- Evaluate patients prior and current medical history, conditions, and medication usage
- Educate patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications
- Detect and report any gaps in care, recommending practical solutions
- Focus on thorough evaluations without needing to create treatment plans or prescribe medications
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Tennessee
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- Board certification via AANP or ANCC
- At least six months of recent Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
