Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available any day, Monday through Sunday

Role Overview: As a Nurse Practitioner specializing in home health, you will carry out risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members across Panama City Beach and the greater Bay County area. Each visit, lasting about 45 minutes, ranges from annual health evaluations to post-discharge check-ins. You'll serve varied communities throughout Bay County, with shifts scheduled in areas such as Panama City, Lynn Haven, and Panama City Beach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform annual home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members
- Review patients medical histories, current conditions, and medication regimens
- Offer education on diagnoses, medication usage, and overall health management
- Identify potential gaps in care and suggest actionable recommendations
- Note: This role does not include developing treatment plans or prescribing medications
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida (FL)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Board certified through AANP or ANCC
- Minimum of 6 months recent Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
- MSN from an accredited nursing program
Compensation and Benefits: Earn $80-$90 per evaluation, with additional mileage stipend and administrative time included.
