Seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to perform home health risk assessments on a per diem basis. This vital role focuses on evaluating Medicare Advantage plan members throughout Jackson County, AR, including Newport, Tuckerman, and Diaz. The position offers highly flexible shifts between Monday and Sunday, allowing you to create your own schedule and tailor your caseload with minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitments.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home health risk assessments, with each visit averaging 45 minutes
- Evaluate members medical histories and current conditions
- Review and discuss medication usage
- Deliver personalized education about conditions and medications
- Identify care gaps and make recommendations for closing them
- Visits may include annual health assessments or post-discharge reviews
- No requirements for creating treatment plans or prescribing medications
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
- MSN degree from an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- Board Certified via AANP or ANCC
- Minimum of 6 months of recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
Compensation and Perks:
Earn between $80 and $90 per evaluation, with an additional mileage stipend and compensation for administrative time.
