Job Description
Deliver essential home health risk assessment services in Carteret County, NC, as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in home health care. This per diem opportunity offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to create your own schedule while serving patients in locations such as Morehead City, Beaufort, and Newport.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Tailor your weekly or bi-weekly hours

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive home health risk assessments on Medicare Advantage plan members
- Evaluate patient health by reviewing prior and current medical history, conditions, and medication use
- Educate patients regarding health conditions and appropriate medication management
- Identify potential care gaps and recommend solutions for improved health outcomes
- Conduct visits focused on assessment onlyno treatment planning or prescribing required
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina
- Current BLS (CPR) certification
- Board certification through AANP or ANCC
- Minimum of six months NP experience preferred
- MSN degree from an accredited nursing program
Enjoy compensation of $80$90 per evaluation, along with a mileage stipend and payment for administrative time.
