Advance your clinical expertise and help improve healthcare outcomes as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in home health risk assessments. This per diem opportunity is ideal for self-motivated professionals seeking flexibility and autonomy while making a meaningful impact on Medicare Advantage plan members throughout Drew County. Assignments are available in Monticello, Wilmar, Winchester, and neighboring communities, and all visits are conducted in patients' homes.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Create your own schedule to match your availability
- Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete annual or post-discharge home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members
- Thoroughly review medical and medication history, current conditions, and prior health records
- Deliver patient education regarding medical conditions and medication regimens
- Spot and report care gaps, offering recommendations to enhance patient outcomes
- No responsibility for creating treatment plans or prescribing
Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
- Active CPR certification (BLS)
- National certification (AANP or ANCC) required
- MSN degree from an accredited nursing school
- Minimum of 6 months current Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
As part of this role, youll earn between $80 and $90 per completed evaluation, along with a mileage stipend and compensation for administrative time.
