Deliver essential healthcare services directly to patients homes throughout Meigs County, Ohio. In this per diem opportunity, you will utilize your nurse practitioner expertise to help improve patient care with flexible scheduling options that fit your lifestyle.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Set your own schedule
- Choose your weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members
- Assess and evaluate prior and current medical history, medical conditions, and medication histories
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding medical conditions and appropriate medication use
- Recognize gaps in care and offer informed recommendations for further evaluation or follow-up
- Focus on assessments; no need to create treatment plans or prescribe medications
Preferred experience and qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio
- Board Certification with AANP or ANCC
- Completed MSN from an accredited nursing school
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 6 months nurse practitioner experience is preferred
Enjoy earning $80$90 per completed evaluation, with a stipend for mileage and administrative time. This role gives you the flexibility to create your own work schedule, working in Middleport and throughout Meigs County, including Pomeroy, Syracuse, and Racine as needed each shift.
